Bio Flex hollow labret post with steel push in gem ball. Tiny 2.5mm gem ball, ideal for upper lip / monroe piercings. Bio flex gives maximum comfort and minimum tooth / gum damage.   Push in balls are far less fiddly than srew balls when dealing with such tiny pieces of jewellery.  Autoclavable 120-130 degrees.
